Here is the list of vehicles that sank with the ship the Felicity Ace off the coast of Portugal in February. Read it and weep.
The ship was carrying thousands of new and privately owned used vehicles from Germany to the United States when it caught fire. The 20-strong crew battled for days to contain the blaze before they had to abandon the ship to a watery grave. None of the crew were harmed.
The Netherlands edition of the magazine Top Gear compiled the list of vehicles it believed were onboard and that now lie on the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean. Most were built by the Volkswagen Group. Also on board were a mix of other brands, including German-built Fendt tractors and combine harvesters.
